Born on 1 April 1966, Zavitynsk, Amur Region, Russian Federation, higher education, in 1988 graduated from the Minsk State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages, English Faculty.

Since 2006 she has been working at the National Antarctic Scientific Center, before worked in Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine. 

In 2007 she had an internship at the Secretariat of the Antarctic Treaty (Buenos Aires, Argentina). Directly participated in the preparation and conducting of the 31^st Antarctic Treaty Consultative Meeting. In 2008 was awarded the Gratitude of the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
