The State Program of Research in Antarctica became the basis for the selection and formation of scientific teams of highly skilled Ukrainian specialists involved in Antarctic research. Expedition materials are further studied in the leading laboratories and institutes of Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, and Lviv.

The National Antarctic Scientific Center works closely with leading higher educational and academic institutions, in particular, National Universities and Institutes of the National Academy of Sciences, National Academy of Medical Sciences, Ministry of Education and Science, other institutions and organizations with different forms of ownership.
